Simplify3D User Forum

After loading items on the build plate I press/ click on the Prepare To Print tab and the items vanish off the build plate. I have no ides where they go to but clicking on the Process Settings Tab reinstates the un sliced items.
This has recently started to do this after working perfectly and I am wondering if I have deleted or included a setting when accessing the Edit Process Settings Tab

Could you attach a factory file here so we can take a look at it?

Same thing happened to me. The following is a note I kept that worked.

If model disappears after hitting prepare to print
Turn on wifi and/or make sure you have internet access on your simplify3d machine.
Exit and restart simplify3d
It will probably ask you to login.
Login
Should be good to go.

Make sure "remember me" is checked when logging in.

Probably has something to do with their phone home requirement.
