Simplify3D User Forum

I just finished setting up Auto Bed leveling on my prusa i3v.
It seems its off by about .2mm which is fine, I want to set z offset for PLA and ABS etc. as they will be different.
However, it seems when i set the offset in S3d under gcode, it doesnt affect it at all. it doesnt bring it down any closer to the bed.
ANy ideas why?

If you enter something like -0.2mm in the gcode Z-axis offset, it will print 0.2mm closer to the build platform. You can export the gcode file and look at the Z-coordinates to verify this.
