Retraction setting will not save Ver 5.1.2

I loaded a Ender 3 V2 profile from the printer setting within Simplify and I started tuning the settings. I was getting allot of stringing so I tried to change and save the retraction setting from 4.0mm to 4.5mm. Normally when I make a change the software notes the change and adds "Modified" to the process name. In this case it dose not. Nor will it save the change. So I change the retraction from 4.0mm to 4.5mm and leave the profile to prepair to print, then return to the profile and it has defaulted back to 4.0mm. Any help? Thanks in advance
