Creating Preset for Rapide 200XL - How Difficult?

So, I ended up pulling the trigger on the Rapide Lite 200XL printer on indieGogo.com and should be receiving my printer in a couple of months. I've been using Simplify with my Dremel printer via the included preset, and hoping that I can continue to use this wonderful software with the Rapide when it arrives. The Rapide isn't on the list of S3D compatible printers but I'm assuming this just mean there isn't an included preset and I will need to create my own. What I'm not 100% sure of is how to go about doing this and how daunting of a task it will be.

Any pointers or words of advice to set me on my journey? :)

Thanks

They list Simplify3D Software under their software tech specs:

So after you get the printer you may want to contact them to see if they have a profile already set up. If not, setting up a profile is pretty easy, see this tip of the day:

Seeing as how the other software option they list is Cura, I would say when setting up a profile for the printer, you will want to choose RepRap Firmware style

I have been using S3D with my Rapide 200 for months and it works perfectly fine.

I only setup initially the following:

1- Preferences / Machine

You will need to change the Z-Axis to the maximum distance you can make it go, might be around 390mm?
The new versions of the head are a bit more optimised on its dimension, so the X-Axis might be allowed to increased also.

I forgot that the 200XL has a completely new controller board (32 bit ARM), so these setting might be different.

When I get mine and test the firmware profile I will update this post.
