Simplify3D User Forum

Hi I changed my internet connection from wired to my route to wireless to my router and now I can not start s3d.
when I go to start it I get a screen asking for my software key. I put it in and then I get a screen that tells me that I already have the maximum alloted number of copies running on this computer.

can someone help me here? I uninstalled and reinstalled and same exact issue.

just fyi, I contacted support and they reset my activation code. Im guessing that that is the only way to solve this issue.
