Simplify3D User Forum

I have a XYZprinting DaVinci 1.0A using S3D with my iMac. I have had some success printing, but I try printing some things and it starts to upload and then I get a Disconnect. My printer turns off, and then back on. and reconnects. But no print.
This is happening more times than not now. Seems to be on certain models. I check for errors and it says it's fine.

This is a known problem with the da vinvi firmwares. On my old unit, this happened constantly and then da vinci updated their firmware and suddenly it went away almost completely! So I would recommend making sure you have the latest version. If you already do, then you might just have to wait for their next firmware update. It seems that they were fixing the issue across their product line somewhat sporadically since each model has a completely different firmware.
