[DONE] Up, then over on "start print at height"

Heya, on super large prints where something goes amiss, (Gigabot stripping extruder gear on hour 49 of a 60hr print), Sometimes I will try to salvage it by slicing the model starting at the height the printer left off at.

The problem: Instead of lifting the print head to the desired height, then moving over to resume the print , it moves the print to the correct X&Y smashing it into the part, then attempts to move vertically to the print height while you scramble for the E-stop button.

The solution: Change the Gcode output to put the layer height Z move before the first XY move.

The interim solution: manualy open the gcode in text edit. Then manually cut/past the first Z move in front of the first X,Y move.

If this could be adjusted (or if there is an easier way to do this) that would be great!

You must not be using the latest version of the software. I ran several tests with 2.2.2 this morning and it always moves up and then over if you enable the "start printing at height" option.

So I would suggest upgrading to the latest version :D
