All,
Prior and sometimes for maintenance and filament swapping etc... How do you manually extrude? I know I can do it using G code. but is their a GIU for the extruder?

Yes, just go to tools --> machine control panel. The Jog Controls tab has options to manually extruder and retract for changing filament.
