Issue with thin edges at the end of an angle getting caught

I have an issue where as I am printing a radius-ed edge up from the build plate the farthest edge of the radius on the print where it is the thinnest is almost lifting up or sticking to the nozzle. It dose this through the whole print of that area and causes a terrible finish failed print. I have attached pictures and a video of the issue. I am not having any issues with the print lifting or warping other than this issue at any thin area at the vertex of an angle. Is this a result of moving to fast or slow or some other setting?

I have attached my factory file as well as the photos and video.

Well first off, I would stop using a raft

Brims work much much better in my experience, and it would help hold own the edges of your part. You can read more about them here: https://www.simplify3d.com/support/tuto ... and-brims/

The raft was just kind of a last ditch effort of trying anything and everything. The print seems to be fine outside of the edges there, but they are driving me crazy.

Also I dont know why the photo imported upside down haha. Its right side up on my computer.
