Hi everyone,
Are there any users amogst you who use this software with Wanhao Duplicator 5S mini?
I was using it with the setting file from JetGuy and it was working pretty well, until i made something
where a lot of movement without printing was involved. I got a real spider web there, and i thought it's
not the way it should be. I modified some settings i received from support(more retraction, lower
temperature) but it just became worse. Does any of you have some working settings?
Thanks in advance,
Aeren

When you say spider web, there's two things that come to mind. One would be retraction issues (when the extruder moves from one-spot to another there's not enough retraction) which will cause strings.
The other thing that comes to mind is during under extrusion when there's not enough filament coming out, and that causes a "rats-nest" at times, pretty much just a failed print.
These two things are dramatically different though. If you could post pictures and a factory file of your print that'd be really helpful!

Here is another try:
Sometimes the string is out of the body as well.

try bumping the retract distance to 8.4, and and the retract speed to 3600. Also if you're printing PLA try dropping the temp down to 200
