I want to change the way the gcode is generated:

G90
M82
M106 S0
M140 S0
M104 S210 T0
M109 S210 T0

I want to add instructions between this code.

I do not want to modify the Gcode manually, I wonder if I can change the way that Simplify3D generates the Gcode.

You can edit the starting G-Code in the Scripts tab.


;replace with your custom gcode
M140 S[bed0_temperature]
M190 S[bed0_temperature]
M104 S[extruder0_temperature] T0
M109 S[extruder0_temperature] T0
G28; home all axes

This should do whatever gcode operations you wish prior to preheating, by having the variables bed0 and extruder0 in your starting G-Code, I believe s3d is smart enough to not put it in automatically since it knows you're doing it.
