Robo3D R1 and Extruder issue: no filament out.

Good afternoon,
I purchased today a license for Simplify3D to use it with my Robo3D R1 and firmware 3.0. The application looks amazing but I have that problem: when it start to print the filament doesn't go out. It do the object properly as far as I see but without filament.
It is not a problem of the filament because if I use the bundled MattleControl application, it works. What's can be that issue?
Regards,

I think the new Robo 3D firmwares may have some temperature firmware limitations. I would make sure that you are printing at the same temperature in both programs.
For instance, printing at 190 C may be "too cold" for the Robo 3D firmware and therefore you wouldn't see any extrusion.
If you print at 215 C in Simplify3D does that work?

In your test prints have you gotten any filament to be extruded?
What if you put the line below in the starting script of your G-Code (this will move towards the center and push out 50 mm of filament to test if the nozzle is jammed)
G1 X100 Y100 Z10 E50 F300;

Yes, by using MatterControl it works... in the startup g-code I have only that: G28 ; home all axes

Good afternoon,
just tweaking the temperature as suggested, it started to print but why the quality is so poor? It's nylon...

You just need to adjust things so that the first layer is properly squished. They have a nice tutorial about a lot of different options to help with that here:

Thanks to your support and the outstanding technical support by email of Simplify3D... the issue was about the temperature of the extruder and bed, now 240 and 80 degree.

sev7en, make sure that the filament is going into the hole below the hobbed bolt before you close the latch...
