Simplify3D User Forum

Hi,
I have a FlashForge Creator Pro running Sailfish 7.4. Simplify3d works great for printing, but today I was trying to manually load some ninjaflex using the control panel by heating up the extruder, then extruding slowly step by step.
Everything worked in the control panel - jog controls, fan control, etc.
Then I pushed the extrude 0.1 and the print head actually shifted along the x axis about 30mm. Weird.
Then every X command or extrude command I sent resulted in the same movement. I had to reboot the FFCP to fix it.

Totally reproducible.

There has been a bug in that firmware for a long time where extruding from the nozzle actually causes the head to also move along the x-axis. Kinda crazy to watch, and as far as I know, it has never been fixed.
