Simplify3D User Forum

Think i found a bug. I was printing a frog. Alt tab to the regular ( not the machine control) window. Deleted the one that was there, went to import another. When I hit import, the print pauses/stops. If I cancel out of the import the print continues as normal. The machine window says it cant communicate and will try to force completion ( or something to that effect). I've attempted it multiple times with multiple files. Everyone causes it to stop printing while the import window is open.

I've noticed this with importing files while printing and I think during some other context menus. I think the program can't co-process certain multiple things at once. I wouldn't mind getting this fixed as well, but I'd rather have a few other features first and just take the stutter for now.

I've run into this as well. Most recently was 15 minutes ago.
