Simplify3D User Forum

In 2.2.2, external and internal infill used the same angles. As of 3.0, external infill just uses the -45/45 no matter what you have entered for infill angles. I tested this by setting the part to 0/45/-45/90 for infill angles, 100% infill, 0 external layers, and I get the angles as expected. With external infill layers on, I get 45/-45. I really liked the look of the 0 or 90 angles on the outsides, versus the 45 or -45. Is there any way to get that back without doing 100% infill with no external layers?

Can't you just rotate the part itself by 45 degrees? Then the infill will be 0/90
