What is best way to improve the surface of cylinder?

I made a 120 heights cylinder but its surface is not good.
So many spots(? or points? how do i call them?) are on the surface.
Give me some tips for my beautiful results
Thanks.

Corkscrew printing mode would be best, the extruder gradually increases in Z axis. This is sometimes referred to as vase mode.
If you are actually needing infill, you could turn on wiping, and perform retraction during wipe movement. You could also need coasting, depends on when the zits are being formed. Coasting will help if the extruder is extruding too much due to pressure built up in the extruder assembly. Wiping helps in a similar way but fully extrudes the line and then drags along the perimeter to catch any excess on the inner perimeter instead of leaving the deposits on the outer surface. Turning on retrcat while wiping will make this even more powerful as it will perform a retraction of the filament and wipe the excess AT THE SAME TIME!

hiya,
I would use a concentric infil for the exterior and with the knowledge given to me set Number of bottom and top layers to 999.
in addition I would also look at your retractions. if you enter a negative value in the extra retraction then when it starts to print and re-inserts the filament it will stop short by the negative value. this will reduce the amount of material spurted out at the start.
the wipe while retract is good but also consider the wipe at end this might help you a bit.
if you see gaps then there is too much filament being removed from the nozzle and it's not able to prime well enough for the next line.
in which case you will need to tweak the above settings to ensure a good balance.

Generally it's best to print cylinders in groups (3 or more) and turn off island optimization. This allows more time for each layer to cool before beginning the next one. This is especially important on smaller cylinders.

i always gather my start and stops of each layer in one spot. it makes a seam but imo a seam is way better than dots all over the place.

...And once you've got everything gathered into a seam, you can then use coast/wipe and such to minimize it.
To gather it all, go to the Layer tab, and play with "Choose start point closest to specific location". I normally use a "location" that's at the middle of the X-axis travel and waaaay back along the Y-axis, at a point in space way off of the table, about 10X the maximum real Y-axis travel. That way the seam is always in the back of the part and isn't affected much by where on the build surface the part is located.

It looks like you have another problem also. A wobbling z-axis and/or uneven filament diameter. (the spaced rings).
