Skirt & Brim

Slic3r allows me to print with both a skirt and brim, I really would like to be able to do an initial purge on a skirt and then print a brim to help with adhesion, i really don't like that i have to choose between both.

Each profile has a built in purge prior to printing anything at all. If you need more than this you can alter your start script accordingly.
