I don't see any issues with the gcode from the files you attached, so more likely the extruder had an issue for one layer. It can be caused by a lot of things. Inconsistent filament diameter, a tangle in the reel, a partial clog in the nozzle, etc.
As everyone else has already pointed out, the gcode preview will show you if the code is wrong or your printer had a problem. The longer the print, the more chances there are for your printer to mess up.
Have you tried other projects at which are the same height to check that the machine is okay? Or just try raising the extruder through that portion of the print and listen or observe any abnormalities.
Could be that the filament was "caught" on the reel...
