MendelMax3 w/ Dual Extruders...Dual Extrusion Wizard

Which profile do I need to be able to use the Dual Extrusion Wizard with the MendelMax3? Do I need to create them manually?

Not seeing your printer in the Dual Extrusion Wizard/Configuration Assistant.
To create a profile for your printer, please select the option for “Other” in the Configuration Assistant and then enter in your machine profile. Using this custom profile, you can set up your print using the second portion of this tutorial (on how to print a feature with a different extruder).
Please feel free to contact Support for help setting up a profile for your printer to use the Dual Extrusion Wizard.
I'd recommend contacting support.

Or just use one of their other pre-configured profiles as a template (for example, Leapfrog Creatr Dual) and then just make whatever additional changes you need to that

i have sent a message to support so we'll see what they say.
I have created a custom profile and replicated all the settings in the other dual extruder profiles and still get the error that the profile does not support dual extrusion wizard

I have the same problem with the dual extrusion wizard with my own reconfigured printer. Did you find any solution?

Yes - read above. Either contact support or use one of the other profiles as a template (like the Leapfrog Creatr Dual)
