Not printing in center of bed

Since I've downloaded the new version I noticed my prints are not quite in the center. Approximately two inches back in the x and y directions. I took it to home and zeroed x,y, and z in the machine control panel before printing. Anyone else experience this?

Two ways to solve this from the software, you can change the G-Code offsets in the G-Code tab to compensate for it, or you can change your origin offset to compensate. Which printer are you using?
