Simplify3D User Forum

Under the Advanced Tab there is the tool change retraction. It does not seam to work correctly. I cannot input a negative tool retraction only positive, but retract is a negative number not positive. the restart distance can be positive or negative all though i do not understand retracting when you are trying to extrude what you retracted. Am i looking at they wrong or is there a mistake in values in this section?

Can you post a factory file (File-->Save Factory File As)
