Multiple process with some having rafts, and others without

I am having an issue with the latest S3D version 3.0 while running multiple processes within on print session. When I select models to have raft on one process, and select the other models to have no raft under them, it either puts rafts under everything, or non at all. This was a simple operation in previous version. I now cannot print multiple parts that have different raft settings due to this problem.

Has anyone else tried this and come up with the same problem as me?

I also agree that the rafts seem more difficult to release from parts after printing them compared to previous version.

Could you post up a factory file? Go to File > Save Factoryt file as

I've seen this before, I think on the forum here but I can't find the thread quickly. The raft settings get shared between parts if they're close together enough. Spacing them further apart fixes it.
