Simplify3D User Forum

I bought this software in December 2014 for my husband to use on his flashforge dreamer. We both downloaded the software on our computers and everything was fine. On February 15th 2015 we had a sever storm come through our town and lightning struck a transformer on our pole and fried both our computers. We bought new computers and wanted to re-install Simplify and did on his, but I can not do so on mine. I am being told that I have to uninstall to install. I obviously can't uninstall from a dead computer. What can I do? I hate not being able to print things while my husband is at work. I have tried contacting the company numerous times and have not gotten a reply. I wanted to call but there is no number listed....I feel like I wasted my money.

Supports pretty good about getting back to people, I would recommend using a different email address and emailing [email protected] directly since my thoughts would be that that they probably didn't get your email/ticket.

Also, if you log-in to your Cloud account https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nzNTKMf4jcM you can manage your installed Devices and reset devices you no longer have access to.
