Feature Request: Autospeed/Constant volumetric rate

Another feature of Slic3r that is handy is the new autospeed feature which goes a long way toward reducing blobbing during a print . The implementation in Slic3r could use a little tweaking IMO, as it doesn't have the benefit of using Coast or other anti-stringing features very well, but for speed changes in a print it produces some pretty good results.
