Need a way to specify scale amount/percent

There should be a way to specify a specific amount/percentage by which to scale a model.

Related to this, when scaling using the current method (dragging mouse), there should be a small text box that shows the current scale percent amount.

Without this feature there is no way to scale separate models/parts by exactly the same amount.
