Strange behaviors in some sliced parts

Sometimes, while sliced, parts comes with infill on some part of the model. No matter the part has been cleaned with NetFabb and passed all the Simplify3D checks.

Another strange behavior printing via USB with S3D is the abnormal movement of the nozzle: sometimes go till endstop and return (no matter, X and Y axis suffers the same problem) and sometimes to maximum extension and return to last point and continue printing.

Exporting the GCode to RepetierHost or MatterControl makes it work flawlessly.

I use MarlinKimbra v4.1.2 15/08/2015 firmware.

Don't ask me why.....but to resolve the bridging layer across the hole in the Prusa Bracket Inductive part, try changing your layer thickness to 0.2001.

The gaps in the holes in the part Prusa Bracket Idler are due to the wall thickness between the side of the part and the hole being less than one extrusion thickness. Either change to extruding with a smaller nozzle, move the holes away from the edge, or thicken the edge.

Can't see any other issues...

Changing the Layer Thickness seems to work. TY

Printing it via USB trhows the random movement issue. That's the weirdest part of the bug.
