Skirt & Ooze shield

Even though the guiding text says "Skirt Offset from Part" when used in combination with the Ooze shield the
offset is actually calculated from the Ooze shield (iso the part)

I think it would be more logical to correct it to really offset from the part, also for the case you would actually like the skirt connected to the part ...
