Top has many hold

My print test model is 10X10X2，nozzle diameter is 0.35，Extrusion Muliplier is 1，Width is 0.35，but print model top has many hold，size is correct，When
Extrusion Muliplier changed 1.1，the top is no hold，but size become 10.1X10.1，why?

Do you mean "holes"? Try increasing the outline overlap percentage (see Infill tab)
