Simplify3D User Forum

I try to print a thin walled item. Only if I set my nozzle to 0.1 I am able to slice it correctly. But it will not print as my nozzle is 0.4. With Cura and Repetier it is no issue as they automatically seem to increase wall thickness. So I have to use these programs all the time.
What it the trick for Simplify3D to do this???

If your walls are too thin that would be an issue, I'm not sure how Cura or Repetier slice thin-walled objects, but I know Simplify3D works best when the walls are larger than your nozzle diameter, so in this case >.4 mm. Can you post a factory file of this, by going to File ->Save Factory File As.
