[SOLVED] "[REQ]: Separate settings for dual extrusion"

There are many setting currently linked when using dual extrusion that in my opinion should not be.

For example:

Infill settings, speed settings, support setting etc. I haven't checked them all, but it seems there are many which should not be linked.

Also I find it essential to have an indicator of linked and unlinked settings. A different color or an icon.
An even better approach would be to have a link button next to each setting which will allow the user to set what should and what should not be linked.

For example: If I print a part with PLA and Nylon at the same time, I would rather have different speed settings for both materials.

I hope I explained it well enough.

Thanks!

After using the Dual Extrusion Wizard, your processes will be grouped(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EbQfifnzL4Q), however if you ungroup them, you can change settings in each process individually.

This works, although it's not very intuitive nor flexible. You have to ungroup/regroup every time you need to link/unlink values. But it works!

Thanks for the solution!

You can indeed ungroup and change per process, but I would also really like to have a visual indication to see which settings are grouped and which are not. This should be dynamically as when you change a setting in one process, and then group again, this setting will not be part of the linked settings anymore.
