So we have a TAZ4 at work with dual heads to supplement our Stratasys machine. I can't for the life of me get the dual heads to work properly. I've tried many different setting tweaks. The problem comes with getting build material and support material to start immediately when switching heads/tools. There is usually a gap present and the head will move for a bit before the filament starts to extrude.

Does anyone have a profile that's dialed for a TAZ 4 with dual heads?

Sounds like you need an ooze shield to prime your support extruder before it's used.
