How to increase maximum print speed above 4800 (mm/min)

No matter what I set in the default printing speed the maximum that ends up in the g-code is 4800 mm/min (F4800).

I am aware that an extrusion type machine can't really print at this speed - this is NOT for an extrusion based machine.

Where is this 4800 limit set and how can it be changed?

Can you post a factory file, or a screenshot of the Other tab and Cooling tab?

As soon as I read "cooling tab" I knew what was wrong. After disabling settings in cooling print speed is back to where I want it.

Thank you.
