Hi,
Could anyone tell me if there is a way to view the Estimated Print Time & Filament for a parts other then just after its been sliced.
Also it would be great if the development team could incorporate a costing costing module.
We could set values -
- Costs of Filaments per meter or weight.
Consumables such as tapes etc.
Printer running costs by time.
A profit margin % etc.
At the end of the slicing process a report could be generated and used for quotations etc.

Imo thats a really fantastic idea. Not all of us use the software and our printers as just hobbyists. I do alot of automotive type painting and my color software for my paint system has all those cost estimate features. Really helpful.

I don't understand this. How would it be possible to determine time or material usage without it being sliced first?
Print speed, layer height, nozzle size, and infill are all variables that will affect time/material values.

build statistic data / info are listed AFTER slicing.
other materials / other costing can be enter somewhere on setting window.
might need another tab or small area for others information.
