So I'm using a laser instead of an extruder. I've tried every setting including the ones to flip the Z axis, which requires unchecking the box for the Y axis, but all that does is flip the preview, not the actual action.

It dawned on me right after I posted this.

Forget about telling the software to flip the axis. Just flip the model.
