Supports are too strong!

Hey everyone, using a 1,2mm nozzle and .9 layer height and finally printed an object that needed supports. However these supports are really tough to break and while Most I can still break some are in areas where I cant get a good grip. Is there a way to reduce the strength of these so they break off easier or will they all print at .9 layer height?
Thanks!

The two things I can think of are the 'Support Pillar Resolution' and the 'Upper Vertical Separation Layers.' Decreasing the first on will make the support pillars skinnier which may make them easier to remove. Increasing the second one will leave more space between the part and the support, which will make it peal off easier from the part. However, if you increase it too much then the support won't serve its purpose. Unfortunately, like most 3D printing options, you have to tinker with each one until you are happy.

Well, a 1.2mm Nozzle is not very thin at all, so a single Line is very strong by itself.
You should increase your horizontal offset of your support to 1.5 of the Layer height (therefore 1.8mm), then the support should have at least one layer "air" between the model.
