Makerbot Z18. Temperature over ride issues?

Ive recently started using Simplify 3D with our MakerBot Z18 printers. I'm running into a temperature issue.
My extruder became jammed after attempting to print at 180C. I have attempted to change the temperature back to 215C many times with no luck. I'm not sure where this temperature is even coming from because i have not been able to locate it in the settings.
Whats going on here?
Any input is greatly appreciated.

Can you post the factory file and .makerbot file up here for your setup?
**Also as a note, using the Machine Control Panel (Tools-->Machine Control Panel) with 5th generation machines, not all commands are supported. In the setup guide there's a picture with red boxes around the commands that work with the 5th gen machines.

What do you mean by factory file? Sorry, new at this.

If you go to File-->Save Factory File As, then post that file, it will include your 3D models and FFF settings.

I would recommend going to Help-->Reset All Settings, then restarting the program. It looks like in your profile you've changed the Extruder Identifier from Tool 0 to Tool 1 and for Temperature tab from Tool 0 to Tool 1 as the Temperature Identifier.
After going to Help-->Reset All Settings, try restarting the program and changing your settings/running a print.
