I 've just got this software and was very excited to use it and get better prints, but one of my prints wants to take nearly 3 hours but in the makerbot software it's makes it in 1.5 hours.

I've done the same quality print as fast and 10% infill but it's still saying nearly 3 hours. If anyone can help me as I'm sure it will be something simple as this is a big jump from makerbot software.

Assuming the Layer Heights are the same. I'd suggest looking at the speeds and cooling settings. For some parts, the Cooling Overrides in the Cooling tab play a huge role in the speeds of the prints. I would recommend looking at the settings in the Cooling tab for speed overrides as well as the Other tab for actual speeds.

So what did you and customer support do to make it print faster? (I am seeing the same issue on my replicator 2x after just purchasing simplify3d today.)
