print won't start on M2

Hi,
I have a new M2 which I built from a kit. I downloaded a tool holder for the M2 from Thinkiverse. I imported it, created a FFF process, and only changed the heated platform checkbox. I turned it off. When running this from the GCODE library, the extruder heats up, a set of coordinates are sent to the printer, but nothing happens. The printer doesn't move and the extruder then cools down. Working with PLA.

When I load the Makergear demo bracelet from the SD card, the printer printed it well.

I can jog the printer x, y, z, etc., and followed the quick start guide.

Thoughts on why Creator won't start the print from the GCODE library and why the extruder reaches 190C and then stops heating after the coordinates are sent?

Thanks in advance.

DId you uncheck the box that says"This is a Heated Platform" ? That should be checked no matter what. If you want no heat to the platform then remove the temperature settings in the box below.

There is a box right next to that one in the Temperature tab that says "Stabilize Temperature at startup". That box comes checked in the stock software. It will wait till the HBP gets up to whatever temp is set in the Per Layer Temperature setpoint box. I uncheck that box because I usually preheat my machine.
