Circles become ovals

For some reason the vertical plane is printing too tall and round holes on the vertical plane turn out as ovals. Holes print round on the horizontal plane and the outside dimensions are the same on both of the box prints. I'm new to this and I have no idea where to start fixing this problem. Any suggestions will be appreciated. I've included 3 pictures. one shows a round hole on the horizontal plane and on the top of the piece; the sides are too tall and the round holes there are ovals. The other 2 show the same file sliced with MatterControl on a Restock Max v2 and has the correct size(it's warped) and the one with the wrong sized walls and ovals hole is printed on a Printrbot Plus v2.1 using S3d to slice.

If the sides are too tall AND you're getting ovals, then I would bet your steps per mm settings are wrong. Double-check that those values are correct first. You may also want to check for loose belts, since that has been the cause of oval printing on one of my printers before.

I do not know how to determine if the steps per mm are wrong. I've been loading the files and printing. I have added support and nothing else to these files. If you can point me in the direction of determining the steps per mm, I'll give it a try. Thanks , again!

I believe you can send the M501 command to echo back the EEPROM settings which should include steps per mm

Then you can change them and send M500 to save to EEPROM so they will be remembered

Thank you, CompoundCarl! I may have to make another M92 change, but as I'm watching the printer print, the wall is shorter and I'm seeing a circle there. Thanks, again!
