Half layer height of the most outershells.
The outside of the detail gets really fine detail, and the inside of model prints really fast.

When using this, the outer perimeter must be the first printed in the layer.

You can already do this. Go to Infill tab and change it to say "Print sparse infill every 2 layers". For example, if your layer height was 0.1mm, it would print 2 very fine 0.1mm outline layers and then one single thick 0.2mm infill layer. Saves a lot of time
