Small Details Get Lost?

I'm trying to print a clay stamp but when I slice all the detail is lost. S3D just fills everything in. The raised portion is about 1mm thick and sticks up 5mm from the cube surface. Sli3r picks up the detail, so I'm sure its some setting I'm missing. Using .4 nozzle at .2 height with 2 perimeter and 4 top/bottom layers and 40% infill. What am I missing? Thanks.

If it's 1mm thick then it should print fine. Can you post your factory file (file > save factory file)?

Go to Advanced tab and disable the "merge all outlines into single solid model" option

That was exactly it, I had forgot I enabled that for some vase printing. Thanks!
