Simplify3D User Forum

Hi All,

I have been using S3d ver 3.02 and it was working beautifully now all of a sudden it crashes everytime I goto Configuration assistant. I uninstalled and reinstalled but I think there is some configuraion setting saved that I need to remove to to see if that solves the issue. Please help. 'm attaching the error details.

You might want to try going to Help --> Reset All Settings. If that doesn't work, I would reinstall the software.
