Dual color printing and Ooze Shield Option

When printing in dual color mode with 2 extruders I miss an Ooze shield option:

When printing an object with many layers in the same color, the speed of the ooze shield is for every layer the same.
I like to print the first ooze layer at 50% speed, because then the extruder is flowing at his best at the end.
But when many following layers are in the same color, the function of a good flow isn't neccessary anymore, that can be at full speed.

So I like an option that makes possible:

1st ooze shield layer after changing toolhead: speed setting 0-100%
2nd and above layer in the same color speed setting 0-100%
