Simplify3D User Forum

Hi ,
can someone help me , I do not know how to avoid that there are errors :
Non-Manifold Edges
Self Intersecting surface
in Simplify3D.
I tried to change the design several times but I always get the same result :Non-Manifold Edges Self Intersecting surface
Please Help!! what wrong? (see the attach )

Ps I have attached the file in Inventor and sol

That's because your 3D model isn't a water-tight 3D solid. It has some unconnected surfaces. You need to boolean all the parts together to make sure it is a single water-tight solid.

Someone who uses inventor more can probably provide instructions if you don't know how to do this.
