I love the raft, but want to use it for different things. Mainly I use ABS so having a raft with the bottom layer at 60% infill (or whatever) has the problem of not sticking. I need 100%. I do not want to do a single layer as I have a minute warp in my bed and want to use the raft to counteract this.
I deally I would like the option of to be included:
- Raft bottom Infill %
- Raft Middle infil %
- Raft Top infil %

I don't personally have the same wants as you specifically with raft options (my wants for update are based around how it determines the raft shape-size), but I think generally, everyone I have talked to so far about rafts want a little more manipulation in some way or another of the raft feature.
Might I recommend on your list one important addition, the corresponding "layer height %" feature in addition to your widths. As with all 1st layers, I feel that is a must-have setting so the nozzle can be told if thicker tape has just been applied, removed, etc--without physical bed adjustment to get the nozzle height where you want it.
Anyways. Your suggestion layout would cover some of these things, which is better than none, so I have to give this suggestion the good ol'...

Definitely want more control over rafts.
I'll add this to the myriad of other requests surrounding them. Please make an option to automatically place rafts anywhere on the build bed where supports are printed directly off of the bed. Most of the time, supports printed directly to the bed will peel off over time (during the print), especially with abs, and even using a lower separation of 0 layers. As matter of practice I put thin solids under my bed based supports when I know the software won't build a raft under them due to the shape of the part.

Indeed, a feature that allows raft just under supports would be great.
I very rarely use raft, as I print on BuildTak, but if I have support starting from the bed, even with BuildTak, it very often gets loose over time, which usually means the end of the print.
As an interim solution, I switch on raft under the whole object, but that creates huge amounts of raft that I don´t really need.
A feature in the "raft" tab, like "create raft under support", maybe with variables for the width of the raft outline outside of the support, and the number of layers would be great.
