Here's a strange problem I've found: after creating processes for a dual-extrusion print and saving the factory file, the temperature setting of the right extruder resets itself to 190 when I re-open the file. All other settings seem to stay as set.

Can anyone else reproduce this bug?
1. Open the attached factory file ("reset test"). In both processes, both extruders should be set to 245;
2. If the right extruder in either process is set to 190, change it to 245;
3. Save the file under the same name;
4. Open any other file, then close it and re-open "reset test";
5. Are the right extruder temps still set to 245 or have they reset themselves to 190?

Every time I re-open one of my (dual extruder) factory files I find that the temperature of the right extruder has reset itself to 190. It's as if it is reverting to some default value, but I don't understand how or why. All other settings are as expected.

Has anyone seeen anything like this? Thanks for any suggestions on how to fix this -- it's a part I print regularly and if I forget to correct the temperature setting I end up with a failed print.

All of their profiles work fine for me. Perhaps you screwed something up in the profile you are using. Try to re-download one of their stock ones from the config assistant.

I've got the same problem - has there been any resolution on this?

That has never happened to me. Can you post a FFF profile or factory file where this happens? I would be curious to see if I can recreate it with my install...
