Virtual Build Table settings reset after closing. Bug?

Hello all,
Can anyone help and let me know what I am missing or is this a bug? I set up my virtual build table in Options and the machine tab. I need all "Flip axis directions unchecked to orientate my table on the screen to match my actual printer layout. Every time I close the program and restart it the Y axis is checked. Is there another setting I am missing. I have to uncheck this every time start a project.
