setting up software
I set up software and have my extruder settings at 220 and bed at 120 but when I click print with the pc connect usb the extruders start heating but the print bed doesn't heat. what am I doing wrong it just sits there with the extruders heated but never starts heating the print bed

What printer are you using?
Post your factory file here and it should be easy to find what's wrong (file > save factory file)
