Hi.
Just bought a Creatbot DX dual and Simplify3d.
When connecting I get this message:
Attempting connection at \\.\COM4...
Testing plaintext communication protocol...
Testing binary communication protocol...
Connected to machine!
WARNING: CRC mismatch detected
And it seems not to "Begin printing over USB".
What do I do wrong?

You have to choose the correct port and baud rate. You also need to make sure you have the Creatbot drivers already installed. It won't connect if you don't do that.

I don“t know why but after I inserted the SD-card the missmatch error dissapeared.
But I have an another issue. I tested to print the two-color cone but the right extruder print about 20 mm in x-direction from the base?

That means your printer does not have the correct toolhead offsets set in the firmware. I am shocked that a manufacturer wouldn't have set these from the factory, but crazier things have happened. Contact the manufacturer and ask them how to set toolhead offsets (and why they didn't do it in the first place!?!)
