Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I believe you want to go to the "layer" tab and choose "Use random start points".
That should spread the start points around so they are not all lined up and wont stand out so much.

Hi, i do not want to spread the marks out i want to get rid of them.
My settings are
Retraction distance 4.2
Extra restart -0.2
Coast at end .08
Extrusion multiplier 0.97
PLA

i have tried editting the settings but it doesnt make a difference

Not sure if you've seen this....but take a look at the section in the quality troubleshooting guide on blobs and zits. It should help you to understand what's going on...and give you clues on how to get rid of them!

I have looked at that already, i have even tried my coasting at end to 8mm and blobs are still occurring?

Multiplier for PLA best +/- 0.90 when the real filament thickness is exactly given in OTHERS
Layer thickness? Nozzle width? Extrusion width? Retraction speed? Retraction lift? Nozzle temperature? Print speed?
Coast at end 0.08 are not 8 mm (8.00 mm)

The viscosity of molten PLA is very low (in contrast to ABS) and the fault may also be caused by the filament and / or mechanical problems.

It will be very helpfull when you attache the factory-file.

A second suggestion to allow you to get to the bottom of your blobs. Have a read of jimc 's first reply in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=3629 Particularly the bit about the difference between blobs at the end of a layer and blobs at the beginning of a layer....and the different means of addressing. Are your blobs from the start or the end of the layer?? Identify that first....then work on the cure.

Details of your factory file would also be useful for anyone trying to remotely resolve your issue for you.
